[EnergyPlus_Support] Re: Solar radiation measurement

Thank you very much for your kind guidence.
Is there any chance for me to get the thesis or better , the software , on this question? 

Since the split of global horizontal is a little tricky for a layman, it maybe better for me to 
use a existing formula or a short routine.

I check the ESL website and try to search the publications about it but no clue has been 
found..

If I neglect the input of the solar radiation, do you think if it impact the simulation result 
so much as to be trustless ?  If not,  it is a quite simply way to neglect this input item 
directly..
