Report variable "Zone/Sys Sensible Cooling Rate" (and similar variables) 
reports the amount of cooling delivered to the zone by the HVAC system.  I am 
guessing that the HVAC system is not controlling the zone temperature in one of 
both of these cases.  Is the zone temperature the same in both runs?
