One possible suggestion would be to model the building as several blocks 
of floors that use multipliers. So you could have floors 2-19 modeled as 
a single floor with a multuplier, and floors 20-39 modeled as a 
different single floor with a multiplier. The first block could be 
modeled as if it were floor 20, the second block as floor30, etc. The 
number of blocks would be up to you to decide.

I haven't used this technique, but someone from the list should be able 
to confirm that this is possible.
