[EnergyPlus_Support] Temperature Setpoint and DeltaT

Hi.
I want to ask about the possibility of defining a temperature setpoint
with a delta T. For instance if i set the Cooling Setpoint to 23.5 oC
+- 1 oC, or Cooling Setpoint to 19.5 +- 1.5 oC.
Seems to be very obvious that this could be done but i don't find how.
I'll apreciate very much your responses.
