[EnergyPlus_Support] Direct radiation through internal window

Dear support, 

I have an office with some internal windows and I'm interested to see
how much direct bean radiation pass through these windows.

I'm using "fullInteriorandExterior" but the program always gives me an
error message.

>From a previous message (n.9000) I saw that another member has
uploaded a file with the same problem.

Have you discovered where the mistake is?
