Dear Ana Rui,

How about....

1. Summer delta H (sensible delta T + moisture) is much greater than Winter delta H?  I don't know your climate; it may be that winter is mild and Summer is severe.
2. A fan operates in Summer, but not Winter?  or perhaps with a greater amount of ventilation air in Summer? (causing more ventilation)
