[Equest-users] G3.1.3.15 VAV Fan Part Load Performance

Thanks Grammy.

I have chosen the data points method. My Independent value will be the Fan
Part Load Ratio (0.00, 0.10, 0.20 ....) and Dependent value will be the
fraction of full-load Power (0.00, 0.03, 0.07 ....) Is this correct?
