Hi, Jie,
I'm also doing a project using ice storage system. I wonder if your problem has been solved.
Can you share how you set your system to make the charging and discharging as your schedule? Mine does not work
thanks

Dear Friends,

I have encountered something wired when I do a ice storage system. I am modeling a energy plant with 30% ice storage for cooling. Process load is set to model the cooling load in a big district. There are five dual-duty chillers and I created virtual chillers to charge the ice tank. When I check the results I find the ice tank charge and discharge according to my schedule exactly and the change/discharge capacity are also right, but no energy consumption for the charge chillers.

What the problem? Does equest has some bugs on the Loop process load? Looking forward to your help and experience sharing.

Thanks!

Jie Zhang
