[Bldg-rate] Commercial High-Rises that achieved SSc8 (LEED-NC/CS)?

I have no pictures but some strategy to offer.  I would think a dynamic façade is needed as well as its integration into the building automatic system. Study labor and habitat at low ambient light levels too.

Hey all,
I am trying find examples of commercial high-rise buildings in urban
settings that have achieved the Reduced Light Pollution credit under
LEED-NC 2.2 or LEED-CS 2.0, and ideally get pictures of such buildings
at night.
