Energy-links.com is a portal and database comprised of authorities, 
organisations and companies offering products, services or information 
related to energy, energy efficiency, renewables and the environmental 
sector. The search engine directs users to links to authorities, 
organisations and companies relevant for projects and activities in the 
Barents Region and Russian Federation.

It might be of interest for you to register in the database free of charge 
if you have a company fitting the description above.  Enclosed you will 
find a document describing the division of the database into categories, 
sub-categories and sectors to help you find where you might fit into the 
database.  Users are able to register in multiple portions of the database.
