[bldg-sim] "Integer Overflow" error under the TRNSYS environment

Dear YU Fu Wing,

"Integer overflow" is a Fortran runtime error that may have many different
causes (although it is a quite uncommon error if you are using the standard
TRNSYS Types). You should contact your distributor and send them your
project files.
