[BLDG-SIM] Hotel HVAC options

Can anyone recommend good sources of information on HVAC options for hotels
such as two-pipe, four-pipe, water-source heat pump etc. and the trade-offs
in energy costs, comfort and maintenance?  Thank you for your help.
