[bldg-sim] Software tools for the modelling of underfloor heating and cooling

Dear Christian,

IDA Indoor Climate and Energy (www.equa.se/ice) has a component for floor
heating that is straightforward to use. IDA is used by Tarmac in the UK for
modeling TermoDeck buildings, i.e. ventilated hollow core slabs. Slab
cooling in the present version requires a bit more effort since the user has
to connect pipes and controllers at the advanced level interface.
