[BLDG-SIM] Room Design Criteria

Is there a single database of room design criteria?  Presently the information appears to be in scattered pieces in various ASHRAE and other Standards.  Would others be interested in developing, expanding and improving the attached database in Excel?  Can such a design criteria be incorporated into Loads and Energy estimating software as minimum requirements?
