[BLDG-SIM] Simulation of Demand Controlled Ventilation

Did you just use the occupancy schedule in the
MIN-AIR-SCH? Or did you multiply it by your previous
minimum OA%? ie. if your previous min oa was 20%, the
new MIN-AIR-SCH would be a range of values from 0 to
0.20 that match the occupancy profile. Then the
economizer will allow more OA if needed. The CO2
control shouldn't call for more OA than the previous
minimum.

Of course, this would get more complicated in multiple
zone systems, where the CO2 control will override
critical zone calcs.
