[BLDG-SIM] Looking for central plant energy trade-off tool for conceptual de sign

Brian,

Another software I used was Trane System Analyzer.  I found it is very 
effective for a quick energy calc when you don't have a lot of detail 
information on the buildings.  I was able to match the energy bills pretty 
close to the existing buildings.
