[BLDG-SIM] DOE2.1E variable speed exhaust fans

I am working on an  DOE2 energy analysis (using Visual DOE 3.1) for a laboratory building.
I'm relatively new to DOE2 and was wondering if anyone knew
of a method to model variable speed exhaust fans?
