[BLDG-SIM] electric defrost in industrial cold storage

Hello,
Does anyone have any "real world" information regarding frequency and duration of electric defrost cycles for low temperature evaporators in an industrial refrigeration application?  

References to studies, metered data, or publications would be most appreciated.
