[BLDG-SIM] Economizer control (OA-CONTROL = FIXED VS. ENTHALPY)

MessageHello,

I am trying to compare the pros and cons of using either a waterside economizer or an airside economizer using DOE2.1E. A trivial exercise, however I was surprised to see the DOE reports water side economizer to be slightly more efficient. Which does not really make sense to me. Anyone can share her/his experience in dealing with economizers in DOE2.1E
