Al,
You could use Weathermaker - the weather program that comes with Energy10. It has an option to convert its own weather files into TMY2, or into a comma delimited text file that can be easily slipped into XL. If you have a TMY2 file, then you need to run a extrastep by first converting the TMY2 into the weathermaker (ET1) format, and then into a text file.
