A guess, sir. Just because you put in 84% boiler
efficiency does not mean 84% on the curve. You need to
input a linear boiler curve with 84% at, say 100%,
75%, 50%, and 25%. DOE-2 has a default curve. My
experience is really need to ram this linear curve in
to keep the boiler efficiency up.

And, by the way, audience, isn't this actually boiler
SYSTEM efficiency? Aren't there piping and duct losses
to contend with?
