[BLDG-SIM] water to water heat pump recovery for DHW from condenser loop

Does anyone have information on manufacturers and products designed to heat
potable water with a water to water heat pump, that uses a building
condenser water loop as the heat source?  

 

This can be done with industrial process heat pumps, but then need separate
heat exchanger equipment to heat the potable DHW.
