[bldg-sim] Fan energy and cooling energy for VAV system

Dear Martin:

I NEVER let DOE-2.1e or eQuest size my airflow. The
sizing program ALWAYS seems to under-size the fan,
based on the max space load conditions, which may or
may not represent ASHRAE design airflow conditions.

Stick with the Design sizing fans and fly with those.
You still may have the opportunity to use variable
volume to reduce airflows (and thus energy) during
many hours of the year.

But DON'T use DOE-2 or eQuest to size this stuff. My experience.
