[bldg-sim] EQuest Question

First Question:  How would you model a courtyard surrounded by classrooms
and be able to place windows on the courtyard walls?

 

Second Question:  Is it possible to change an interior wall type into an
exterior wall type?

 

Any help would be appreciated.
