[bldg-sim] eQUEST-cooling coil leaving temp troubles

In EL1 Sys1 (VAVS) (B)             , cooling coil leaving temperature
must

             be at least 6F higher than entering water temp.

 

I have this exact error multiple times.

 

 

 

I know this is like asking for a needle in a hay stack, but can anyone
give me some areas to check.

 

I have a standard VAV system(with hw reheat) and chilled and hot water
coils.

 

Thermostat setpoints:

Occupied (Cooling/Heating):72/68

UnOccupied (Cooling/Heating):75/64

 

Design Temps:

Cooling (Indoor/Supply): 72/52

Heating (Indoor/Supply): 68/55

 

Baseboards:none

Heat/reheat: 20deg (this was untouched)

 

Economizer:

Dry Bulb Temp 65deg

 

 

Any help would be extremely appreciated.
