[bldg-sim] Humidity control in eQUEST

I am trying to model a humidistat in eQUEST using a packaged single zone system (for a project in Atlanta), and for some reason, it doesn't seem to be adding energy for reducing max humidity from 100% to 50%. The result is that there is a cooling penalty for using a liquid desiccant dehumidifier. My question is:
A) Is it possible to have humidity controls for a PSZ system type? If so - how do I do it?
B) If not - what system type should I use, and how do I get it to dehumidify?
Thanks in advance.
