[bldg-sim] Evaporative Precondensers

I am trying to model (in eQUEST) a building that is using rooftop air cooled condensers, but is using misted rainwater to cool the condensing units. I have 2 questions based on this:
*	Is it reasonable to model this using the evaporative precondenser option in eQUEST?
*	The condenser type option is grayed out in my model, meaning I cannot select it. How do I get it to turn on?
