[bldg-sim] Equest system sizing problem

I am trying to model a 125000 sq ft building in 3 different climate zones to 
see the system sizing predicted by EQuest. I see a very strange trend, even 
though the peak loads are more for locations with more HDDs and CDDs the 
system rated capacity estimated by EQuest does not follow that trend. I was 
wondering if anyone has insight to why this could be?
