I would suggest using EnergyPlus that has been linked to Airnet.

  A friend is trying to model natural ventilation for an apartment building using individual stacks for each apartment. He is looking for a combined airflow, thermal, & vapour model that includes the wind effects at the top of the stack. I've given him a couple possibilities but he's open to hearing of others. Suggestions?
