[BLDG-SIM] Fan powered VAV system with DX coils

Hello:
   
  I am trying to model a water cooled DX system which has fan powered terminals serving periphery zones and cooling-only VAV boxes serving the interior zones using EQuest
  Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated ???
