[BLDG-SIM] Zone mean radiant temperature in eQuest

Ecotech has a new version 5.5 and this version has
capability of calculating thermal comfort by
estimating radiant temperatures in a zone. You can
fine more information on the thermal analysis
component at http://squ1.com/ecotect/features/thermal
