EME Group, an award-winning engineering consulting firm, located in
midtown Manhattan with a satellite office in Albany, NY,  is seeking an
engineer with experience in building modeling to assist in our
sustainable design and energy conservation services.  The successful
candidate will be responsible for performing LEED and energy modeling
analysis, assistance in performing energy feasibility and technical
assistance studies and assistance in performing aspects of building
commissioning. EME's clients include Fortune 500 companies,
Not-for-Profit Agencies, State and Federal Agencies.

 

Job requirements include:

 

- Energy modeling using DOE-2, EnergyPlus, Trane Trace 

- Knowledge of building HVAC systems for commercial, healthcare and
multifamily buildings

- Good written and oral skills are required.
