[BLDG-SIM] eQuest approval for federal tax deduction mondeling?

According to the NREL site
(http://www.eere.energy.gov/buildings/info/qualified_software/), eQuest
is still not approved for the Energy Efficient Commercial Building Tax
Deduction modeling.  Does anyone know if will be approved anytime soon?
