[BLDG-SIM] energy benchmark for lab buildings

Dear all,

I was going through the Architecture 2030 challenge targets but could not
find energy performance benchmark for laboratory buildings. The
labs21century.gov website has information about energy efficient lab design
but I could not locate any quantitative benchmarks.

Any pointers to accepted benchmarks for lab buildings (specifically for
midwest climate or otherwise) will be highly appreciated.
