[BLDG-SIM] appartment complex energy model for LEED

This is an apartment building complex with identical buildings in different orientations. To do energy analysis for LEED in eQUEST does one need to model the entire complex (all buildings together)? Or can one just model one of the typical buildings and run that model in the various orientations and sum up energy use?
Is there a certain requirement for LEED?
