[BLDG-SIM] Heat recovery with 4-pipe fan coils

I am trying to simulate a central ventilation air supply system with central
exhaust and 70% effective heat recovery. This needs to be used with a 4-pipe
fan coil system. Is there a way to do this in eQuest?
