[BLDG-SIM] Tankless Water Heaters

Any thoughts on modeling tankless water heaters v. traditional storage tank
DHW heaters for a residential application?Obviously there are no stand-by
losses but how about efficiency(HIR)? How much more efficient are these
systems?
