[BLDG-SIM] Weird Error Msg. When Simulating Heat Pump System

Hi Folks,

I am simulating a complex that contains two separate chilled/hot water system, one served by chillers and boilers and the other by heat pumps. The simulation run terminates with the error msg. "Loop: HP Loop has a coil curve generating a negative capacity ratio. Check the loop supply temperature, 140.F, for consistency with the coil curves".

The HP loop is defined as a 2-pipe type and the loop operation is set as snap (also tried "demand" but gave the same error). All heating and cooling coils have the default curves. When I deleted some airside system under the HP loop, the error may go away but in the .sim file the HP loop heating load seems to be a little bit lower.

I am wondering if I miss something significant in setting up the heat pump system, since I never saw such a error before. Any advice will be highly appreciated.

Best,
Glenn
