Agree with Jonathan, there's a workaround to editing the PD2 file. But
ours is a bit simpler, see last paragraph of this post...

Subject: [BLDG-SIM] eQUEST 3D Geometry
Hello,
I'm using eQUEST v3.6. Sometimes when viewing the 3D geometry and when
zooming in or out the whole model disappears. The 2D geometry is still
there. I do not know how to get it to reappear short of reopening the
project. It happens quite often. Your assistance would be appreciated.
