[Bldg-sim] Info about soil temperature

Dear coleagues,
   
  I would kindly ask for an information please.
  Does anyone know where I could find measured soil temperatures at depths of 1,2,3 meters in Dubai, UAE.  I have found various theoretical models from the literature and some on the web such as:
