[Bldg-sim] eQuest & Mitsubishi VRF systems

My understanding is that both Mitsubishi and Daikin worked with Martin Dodd (from EnergySoft) on the VRF/VFRZ routines. 

As such, for California users of EnergyPro (EnergySoft's program) can download the VRF/VFRZ routines. There are libraries for Mitsubishi and Daikin.

We've done some preliminary runs with them in our office with them.
