[Bldg-sim] 90.1 and infiltration/air-tightness?

Thanks for your replies on the subject.  Interesting to note that
there's no credit for reducing infiltration.  I found this article from
a couple of years ago which suggests it might at least be under
consideration for inclusion in an energy standard.
