[Bldg-sim] Appendix G: exhaust fan energy modeling

I have asked about this before and I don't remember what the answer was.
Where does exhaust fan energy get inputted exactly?  I think the best answer
I got before was that exhaust fan energy gets included in the supply or
return fan energy.  Is this correct?
