[Bldg-sim] Purchased Cool in ASHRAE Baseline case

Dear All,

I am doing a project whose cooling source is purchased chilled water from the district. Then what kind of cooling source should be modeled in ASHRAE baseline case? chillers or purchased chilled water?

It is only mentioned about Purchased Heat in ASHRAE90.1-2004. G.3.1.1 For systems using purchased hot water or steam, hot water or steam costs shall be based on actual utility rates, and on-site boilers shall not be modeled in the baseline building design. So how can I deal with the purchased cool?
