[Bldg-sim] [BLDG-SIM] Traction Elevators and LEED Baseline

Following up on the topic of taking credit for the Elevator Efficiency for
the proposed case as compared to the LEED baseline, has anyone been able to
successfully document it and eventually gained approval from the LEED
reviewers. If so could you please share the methodology.
