[Bldg-sim] Trace 700 - VAV Reheat with Baseboard Heating

Good Morning,

We are new users of Trace and are immediately up against an issue.   
We are modeling a building with VAV reheats and a dedicated OA unit,  
which is fine.  But we also have baseboard heat to combat leaky  
single pane wood windows (historic).  Trace doesn't allow two systems  
to be assigned to a room or zone.  Is there any way to model this?

Any help would be appreciated.
