[Bldg-sim] eQuest problem

Hello - I downloaded and installed eQuest 3.63b.  Later I opened up a
project file that had been created in 3.63b by someone else and was having
no problems until eQuest crashed (which it seems to do without provocation).
Now, I can't open up eQuest because it wants a Software Registration Code
and it won't accept random numbers.  So, I tried to open eQuest 3.6 and I
got the same message.  I even went into the project folder and clicked on
the .pd2 file and still got the same message.  So now I can't open up any
equest software.  I even shut down my computer and started it up again, no
change.  I am at a loss.  Any help would be appreciated.
