Matt:
This report could be helpful to gauge whether your basecase is within
acceptable energy consumption range.

Subject: [Bldg-sim] Large Box Retail Energy Analysis
I am working on a grocery store and want to compare the energy usage
with the ASHRAE 90.1 standard. Has anyone done this before? I modeled
both the baseline and our design. The baseline uses packaged VAV RTU
with a natural gas fired boiler. Our design uses packaged RTU's with
gas fired heat exchangers. I am getting an energy savings of 90% when
compared to the baseline. I might have a bust in my systems when I set
it up in Trace but I don't know where. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,
