[Bldg-sim] Mostly commonly used energy analysis software?

I would think that the response to this question would depend in part on what the purpose of your energy model is.  Are you talking about modeling to size mechanical equipment, modeling for the purpose of demonstrating compliance w/ LEED requirements, or predictive modeling meant to determine the actual anticipated energy consumption of a building?
