[Bldg-sim] help!

Hi All,
 
 
I've been using E+ example files (GSHP-  series) in order to apply a geothermal system to my buildings.
 
I'm currently performing simulation for 8 buildings, and a problem was detected:
 
Small buildings worked just fine with the method I mentioned above, 
 
but larger ones didn't.
 
It seems that some changes should be made to the E+ example files before performing simulaton for larger buildings.
 
But unforetunately I cannot figure out what those changes might be.
